Regulatory status

Wealth AI Matrix is an education provider delivering vocational courses in AI-assisted personal and business finance administration. We are not licensed or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a financial adviser, fund manager, capital markets services provider or robo-adviser platform. We do not hold CMS licences and do not provide regulated financial services.

Training disclaimer

All matrix track programmes, matrix studio workshops and corporate engagements teach process skills — budgeting grids, cash-flow checkpoints, expense document lanes and reporting layers using AI tools. Content is general vocational training, not tailored financial, investment, tax or accounting advice. Participants must verify all AI outputs and consult licensed professionals where required.

No MLM or pyramid activity

Wealth AI Matrix does not operate a multi-level marketing scheme, pyramid structure or referral-commission network. The term "matrix" refers exclusively to our modular curriculum design. Enrolment fees fund training delivery only; we do not pay uplines or promise income from recruitment.

Intellectual property

Matrix syllabus materials, prompt libraries, grid templates and studio branding are owned by Wealth AI Matrix Pte. Ltd. Participants receive a personal-use licence for materials provided during enrolled modules. Redistribution, resale or public posting of proprietary materials without written consent is prohibited.
