Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wealthaimatrix.pro and your enrolment in matrix track programmes, matrix studio workshops and corporate training engagements offered by Wealth AI Matrix Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202461329W) ("Wealth AI Matrix", "we", "us"). By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or paying enrolment fees, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services described

Wealth AI Matrix provides vocational training in AI-assisted personal and business finance administration through a modular matrix curriculum. Services include live cohort sessions, self-paced module access where offered, pair matrix console sessions, group workshops and corporate engagements. All services teach process skills — budgeting grids, cash-flow checkpoints, expense document lanes and reporting layers — using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and AI-assisted spreadsheets.

We explicitly do not provide licensed financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, tax filing, accounting sign-off, robo-adviser services, MLM recruitment programmes or guaranteed savings or returns. The term "matrix" refers to curriculum structure only.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Singapore law. Corporate engagements require an authorised representative with authority to bind the organisation. You are responsible for ensuring our vocational training scope matches your needs before enrolment.

Enrolment and fees

Indicative SGD fees published on wealthaimatrix.pro are estimates. Binding fees appear on your enrolment confirmation or corporate statement of work. Payment is due according to the schedule specified at enrolment — typically a deposit to reserve a matrix console seat plus balance before module start unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate clients.

Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. GST applies where required by law and will be itemised on invoices. We reserve the right to adjust published fees for future cohorts; confirmed enrolments honour the fee stated on your confirmation document.

Cancellation, transfers and refunds

Deposits for confirmed cohort starts are non-refundable once syllabus materials are issued and your matrix console seat is reserved. If you cancel at least fourteen days before the published start date and before materials are issued, we may offer a full refund minus an administrative fee of S$80 or transfer to a later cohort within six months, subject to availability.

Cancellations within fourteen days of start, no-shows and withdrawals after materials access are generally non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances (medical emergency with documentation) are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion — not as a guarantee of refund.

Corporate engagements follow cancellation terms in the signed statement of work. Scope changes requested after work commences may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments agreed in writing before proceeding.

Participant responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate enrolment information and update contact details promptly.
• Verify all AI outputs before applying them to live financial records.
• Use matrix studio materials for personal or internal business learning only unless a corporate licence states otherwise.
• Refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent of Wealth AI Matrix and other participants.
• Not misrepresent Wealth AI Matrix credentials, certificates or affiliation after completion.
• Comply with Marina Bay Financial Centre visitor policies when attending in person.

Intellectual property

Syllabus content, prompt libraries, grid templates, studio recordings (where provided), branding and website materials are owned by Wealth AI Matrix Pte. Ltd. Enrolled participants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal learning or internal business process improvement. Redistribution, public posting, resale or incorporation into competing training products without written consent is prohibited.

You retain ownership of finance data and workflows you create during modules. You grant us a limited licence to review anonymised workflow examples for facilitator feedback during your enrolment period.

Certificates

Participation certificates note modules completed in the matrix track. Certificates are not professional licences, not MAS accreditations and not guarantees of employment, client acquisition or financial results. Misuse of certificates to imply regulated advisory status is grounds for revocation and potential legal action.

Disclaimers

Website content and training materials are provided "as is" for vocational education purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Wealth AI Matrix disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular financial outcome and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI tools demonstrated will remain available, error-free or suitable for your specific regulatory context.

Financial decisions remain solely your responsibility. Seek licensed professionals for regulated advice. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI outputs, participant misapplication of techniques or third-party tool failures.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth AI Matrix Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost savings or business interruption, arising from our services or website use. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that enrolment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wealth AI Matrix against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of materials, misrepresentation of credentials or unlawful use of AI workflows taught in the matrix studio, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including pandemic restrictions, government orders, utility failures, civil unrest or critical third-party service outages — provided we use reasonable efforts to offer rescheduled sessions or alternative delivery formats.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. We encourage good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] before formal proceedings.

Changes

We may update these Terms with a revised effective date posted on this page. Material changes affecting active enrolments will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance for website use; active enrolments remain governed by Terms in effect at enrolment unless changes are required by law and apply retroactively as permitted.
