Overview
Wealth AI Matrix Pte. Ltd. ("Wealth AI Matrix", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. This policy describes what data we collect through wealthaimatrix.pro and our matrix studio services, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.
By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a matrix module, visiting our Marina Bay studio or continuing to browse after setting cookie preferences, you acknowledge this policy. Where explicit consent is required — notably for contact form processing and non-essential cookies — we obtain it through unticked checkboxes and banner controls, never through pre-selected consent.

Categories of personal data collected
We collect only data reasonably necessary for stated purposes:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and postal address when you provide them through enquiry or enrolment forms.
- Training and project data: matrix module selections, syllabus interests, approximate SGD budget ranges, corporate team size, anonymised finance admin scenarios discussed during consultations, and feedback on matrix studio sessions.
- Transaction data: invoice details, payment references and billing address for enrolled participants — processed through our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral URLs, session duration and cookie identifiers when you use our website.
- Consent and preference records: PDPA form consent timestamps, cookie banner choices stored locally and server-side logs where applicable, and marketing opt-in or opt-out records.
- Studio access data: visitor registration names and visit times when you attend our Marina Bay matrix studio, collected for building security compliance.
Purposes of use
We process personal data solely for legitimate business purposes connected to our vocational matrix studio operations:
- Responding to website enquiries about the matrix track, matrix syllabus and corporate AI finance training formats.
- Enrolling participants in matrix modules, delivering cohort sessions and issuing participation certificates.
- Invoicing, payment reconciliation and contractual record-keeping required under Singapore law.
- Improving website content, navigation and matrix studio service quality through aggregated analytics (with consent where required).
- Communicating schedule changes, module materials and service-related notices to enrolled participants.
- Complying with legal obligations, responding to regulator requests where applicable, and protecting our legitimate business interests including fraud prevention.
- Sending optional marketing about new matrix modules or studio events — only where you have opted in, with straightforward unsubscribe options.
We do not use your personal data to provide investment advice, operate automated portfolio management, or sell data to third-party lead generators.
Consent and legal bases
Contact form processing requires explicit consent via the consent_pdpa checkbox — this checkbox is never pre-ticked. Cookie preferences are collected through our banner (Accept all / Reject all / Customise) and stored in your browser local storage for six months. Where processing is necessary to perform a training contract you have entered — for example delivering an enrolled matrix module — contractual necessity may apply alongside or instead of consent for operational communications.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with subject "PDPA request". Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. It may limit our ability to continue providing services that require the withdrawn data category.
Sharing and cross-border transfers
We do not sell personal data. Recipients may include:
- Cloud hosting and email delivery providers maintaining wealthaimatrix.pro and enquiry routing infrastructure.
- Payment processors handling SGD transactions for matrix module fees.
- Analytics platforms measuring anonymised website usage where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Building management at Marina Bay Financial Centre for visitor registration where you attend in person.
Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we implement contractual safeguards ensuring protection comparable to PDPA standards, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms with service providers.
Retention schedule
- Unconverted website enquiries: 24 months from last contact, then deletion or anonymisation.
- Enrolled participant records: duration of engagement plus 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
- Marketing consent logs: consent period plus 3 years.
- Aggregated analytics: up to 26 months; raw server logs retained for shorter periods where feasible.
- Cookie preference records: 6 months in browser storage, refreshed on each visit until you change preferences.
Data no longer required for any purpose is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Individual rights under PDPA
Subject to applicable exceptions, you may:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
- Request information about how your data has been used or disclosed in the past year.
Submit requests to [email protected] with subject "PDPA request". We respond within 30 days where possible. A reasonable fee may apply for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests as permitted under PDPA.
Security measures
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of data processed — access controls for staff systems, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for website traffic, and secure handling of payment data through certified processors. Staff with access to enrolment records receive PDPA awareness guidance and are bound by confidentiality obligations in employment contracts. Matrix studio workstations used for demonstrations rely on anonymised sample datasets; facilitators instruct participants not to paste live account credentials into shared screens during cohort sessions.
We review vendor security practices when engaging new subprocessors and require contractual commitments to reasonable security standards. Incident response procedures include containment, assessment and notification steps consistent with PDPA breach-notification guidance where applicable. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords for any learner portal accounts and prompt reporting of suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] with subject "Security concern".
Automated decision-making
Wealth AI Matrix does not use personal data for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects — for example automated credit scoring or automated enrolment rejection without human review. AI tools demonstrated in matrix modules are operated by participants under facilitator guidance; those third-party tools have their own automated processing terms independent of our enrolment decisions, which always involve a human administrator.
Marketing communications
We may send optional emails about upcoming matrix cohorts, new module releases or corporate studio availability only if you opt in through an unticked checkbox or explicit written request. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link or instructions to opt out via [email protected]. Operational emails related to active enrolments — schedule changes, material access, invoice reminders — are not marketing and may be sent under contractual necessity without separate marketing consent.
Data protection officer contact
While we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under all PDPA thresholds, privacy enquiries are handled by our operations team reachable at [email protected] with subject "PDPA request". We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and fulfil access or correction requests within 30 days where possible, subject to verification of identity and applicable PDPA exceptions.
Children's data
Our matrix studio services target adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 without verified parental consent. Contact us if you believe we have inadvertently collected a minor's data.
Third-party links and AI tools
Our website may link to third-party AI tool providers, spreadsheet platforms or regulatory resources. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies. During matrix modules, facilitators may demonstrate external tools; your use of those tools after class is governed by the provider's terms, not this policy.
Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Complaints and PDPC
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with PDPA, contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly. If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore in accordance with its published procedures. Providing us an opportunity to address concerns directly usually leads to faster resolution for both parties.
